The gorgeous La Grande Bellezza Arco limited edition is another design innovation by Dante del Vecchio, inspired by the colors of celluloid pens made in the 1930s.
One of the classic color patterns was known as Arco, a stratification of many layers of materials. After months of research, Pineider has reproduced the Arco color using several layers of resin, re-creating the visual effect of the celluloid. The new material not only looks like the beloved Arco, it is much more durable (and not flammable!).
The Arco offers the distinctive Pineider quill clip in marine steel, twist magnetic lock system, extended grip section with ‘port hole’ viewing windows, and the all-new Hyperflex nib in 14K gold. Its a breakthrough design that gives the quill-cut nib a superb flex and smooth flow for expressive writing.
Presented in a unique Pineider box, the Arco is limited worldwide to 888 numbered fountain pens, capped rollerballs and twist ball pens.
