  • How much are shipping charges?

    Any domestic order with a value of over $75, after all discounts, qualifies for free shipping. Upgraded shipping is available during checkout for a discounted cost

    Orders under $75 - USPS (5-7 business day average) is $5.95

    Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional cost

    International rates will vary depending on price and weight

  • Can I Get a Pen Engraved?

    We can engrave many pens with 1 line, names only. Please contact us for more details on Logos, we can certainly do them. Name engraving is $9.95.

    We use a font that is very similar to Times New Roman. We can use Script upon request, depending on the pen.

    The engraving color will depend on the pen. Many pens, such as Cross, are made of brass and the engraving will show up as gold in color. Many resin/ plastic pens will be filled in with a special paint to match the pen’s trim. Please understand that on pens made of metal, the color will depend on the material used.

    We may also need to change the font from Upper/Lowercase to all Uppercase if the pen is too skinny to engrave Lowercase. Many times the engraving will be too small to read.

    Engraved pens are non-returnable. Defective merchandise that has been engraved will be handled accordingly.

  • What happens if my package shows delivered, but I have not received it?

    Each package comes with $100 of insurance. If the package shows "delivered", the Post Office will only allow the receiver to open an insurance claim.

    We will assist with first opening a claim with your local Post Office

    If the package is lost in transit, we are responsible

  • How long does it take for my product to ship?

    We normally ship within 1 business day of your order being placed. Please keep in mind we are located in the northeast, and some shipments may be delayed slightly because of weather in the winter. We do not like to ship ink in the freezing temps.

  • What is your return policy?

    Return request must be emailed to us no later than 14 days from delivery

    All refills we will refund 100% once returned to us.

    Engraved pens are non-returnable. Defective merchadise that has been engraved will be handled accordingly.

    Limited Edition pens, Ink Bottles and Ink Cartridges are non-returnable unless there is an error in the listing or we give approval. All monitors show colors differently so we ask that you only use the color pictured as a reference.

    Defective product will be replaced by us within 30 days, after 30 days this will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty and service will be provided directly by the manufacturer. We will provide a shipping label at our cost for defective merchandise within 30 days.

    For All other returns, including change of mind, You must email us for approval. There there will be a 10% fee to cover the cost of payment and refund processing fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The 10% fee can be waived if you opt for a store credit towards a future purchase.

    All Items must be unused. Shipping the item(s) back to us is the responsibility of the customer and all items must be returned (refill, converter, inserts ect..). If items are missing, we will withhold a portion of the refund until they are returned.

    We do not offer returns on used products.

    You must inquire before making any return so we may better assist you. We are very helpful and want to make things right.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Our website is secure, tested, and certified safe. We accept any major credit card and PayPal

  • I have seen your product listed elsewhere for different prices; why is that?

    We do our best to keep our prices competitive and the same on all sites. We use different platforms to attract buyers of our product. If you see something from us, being sold by us, for less somewhere else, just let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    We can on our refills. If you see something that is not listed in the quantity you need, just email us, and we will see what we can do. In most cases, bulk discounts start at 200 pieces or above.

  • Are you an authorized dealer for the product you offer?

    Some yes and some no. Some of our products come from deals we make with places that have gone out of business.

    Currently, We are an authorized dealer for Cross, Sheaffer, Monteverde, Lamy, Conklin, Nettuno, Noodlers Ink, Pineider, Marlen, Private Reserve, Rhodia, Platinum Pens, J Herbin, Schmidt, Diplomat, Pineider, Yookers, Hugo Boss, Caran D'Ache, Colorverse, Benu, and Schneider.

  • I do not see the color of ink refills that I need; what can I do?

    The biggest challenge for us is to balance our inventory through all of our offerings. Some supplies have shortages, and ink colors are on backorder. Please email us if you do not see what you need, and we will do our best to get it for you ASAP.
