Refund Policy

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 48 hours of any product being returned. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the return.

Return Policy

Return request must be emailed to us no later than 30 days from delivery

All refills we will refund 100% once returned to us, less shipping charges.

Engraved pens are non-returnable. Defective merchadise that has been engraved will be handled accordingly.

Ink Bottles and Ink Cartridges are non-returnable unless there is an error in the listing or we give approval. All monitors show colors differently so we ask that you only use the color pictured as a reference.

All inked Fountain pens are non-returnable. We strongly urge you to dip your nib to test it before fully inking. If a fountain pen is defective, we will replace it with the same model within 30 days, or you can opt for a store credit. No refunds are given on a fully inked fountain pen.

Defective product will be replaced by us within 30 days, after 30 days this will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty and service will be provided directly by the manufacturer. We will provide a shipping label at our cost for defective merchandise within 30 days.

For any single product with a quantity of 3 or more, You must email us for approval and there will be a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of fees and shipping we paid to ship the product to you.

All other items must be unused. Shipping the item(s) back to us is the responsibility of the customer and all items must be returned (refill, converter, inserts ect..). If items are missing, we will withhold a portion of the refund until they are returned.

We do not offer returns on used products.

You must inquire before making any return so we may better assist you. We are very helpful and want to make things right.
