The Noodlers Konrad brush pen uses a rollerball tip and fountain pen ink. The pen comes with a piston filling mechanism to allow a multitude of ink colors and choices. 

The Pen comes with a free brush tip that can be swapped out. Addition rollerball tips can be purchased. Ink bottle must be purchased seperately.
