These will fit Swarovski Crystalline Pens. Some pens may have a refill that appear longer than these, but please look at the refill as it may slide apart into 2 sections as seen in the picture. One section is an adapter and the other is this refill.
We also ship these with little plastic tops. You will need to place them on the refill before installing them. They are reusable for each refill.
